News on Monday, Oct. 21, Kanye West popped the question on the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star's 33rd birthday after renting out AT&T Park in San Francisco. The rapper presented her with a 15-carat diamond ring by celebrity jeweler Lorraine Schwartz.
