Charlie Hunnam disappointed some inner goddesses when he pulled out of Fifty Shades of Grey on Saturday, Oct. 12, but there's no shortage of totally ripped men with smoldering eyes in Hollywood.
Matt Bomer and Ian Somerhalder have both been fan favorites to play the man in those jeans from the beginning. Most recently, Once Upon a Time's Jamie Dornan is the name being uttered as a potential Christian Grey, and the rumor mill has been pumping up the possibility of Boardwalk Empire's François Arnaud for the role, as well.
We can't forget about Robert Pattinson. His Twilight character inspired E.L. James to write Christian and Anastasia's love story in the first place, and he's also a real-life pal of the author's.
But we haven't even come close to listing out all the actors who might be tantalizing us (well, via Dakota Johnson) on the big screen.
