Jenna Dewan-Tatum Flashes Post-Baby Abs, Reveals She Lost 33 Pounds in 7 Weeks!

Actress shares her post-pregnancy workout routine

Jenna Dewan-Tatum may have welcomed her daughter, Everly, less than five months ago but the actress is already back in crop tops.

In fact, the new mom happily flaunted her slim midriff on the November 2013 cover of Self magazine!

Her confidence probably has something to do with the fact that her postbaby body—including her very fab abs!—look better than ever.

And although the Witches of East End star shares that she dropped 33 pounds in just seven weeks, she says it was actually the workouts during her pregnancy that helped her body bounce back so quickly.

"I just recently had a baby but I stayed in shape. I was working out almost every single day or walking or hiking or anything that made me feel good," she explained. Adding that her favorite workouts include dancing: "If it's fun I'll do it more."

Which is why her go-to routine has been a bit of a rapper's delight, so to speak.

"I do a 35-minute hip-hop workout my trainer gave me. Chan [Channing Tatum] laughs because he walks in on me doing my routine to Lil Wayne in the living room," she says. "He hasn't jumped in yet, but I'm going to have to work on that!"

Not that the action star isn't helpful in other way: "Channing is super supportive," she gushes of her hubby of four years. "He can't stop saying how amazing it is what the woman's body goes through."

And because she knows just how much her other half loves her postbaby physique—"Chan loves my new [curvier] figure! There's no complaints on his side, for sure!"—she's more than positive that he will love her latest cover shoot: "He's going to love these pictures!"
