
If we've learned one thing from our "Would You Eat?" polls, it's that you'll eat anything.
Well, what about macaroni 'n' cheese pancakes? The recipe was concocted by Andrea of Misc. Kitchen and inspired by pancakes at Manhattan eatery Shopsins and, as she explains, "I'm a fan of sweet and savory. I'm a big fan of pasta. And cheese. And pancakes."
She continues, "I know it seems strange. But you must try these pancakes at least once. They are different and just plain tasty. And they are fun. We got a big kick out of preparing, eating and talking about them."
The recipe is here and you probably already have all the ingredients at home. So why not give them a try? And yes, they're served with maple syrup.

To celebrate Pizza Month (October is Pizza Month? Who knew?), Italian restaurant Trattoria Neapolis in Pasadena, Calif., has developed a Pizza Martini.
L.A. Weekly reveals the recipe is "tomato water, basil-infused vodka, ghost pepper-infused vodka, porcini powder and muddled basil are shaken together and topped with a Parmesan and mozzarella foam."
They say the taste is "scarily accurate."
