Hey, remember the ‘90s?

Prince Harry's ladylove—and rumored future wifeCressida Bonas certainly does!

The Brit beauty has reached for the decade's signature hair accessory—the scrunchie—time after time.

In a far cry from her potential sister-in-law Kate Middleton's perfectly blown out brunette locks, the blond beauty has a penchant for tying up her tousled strands in the old school accessory.

Just last month we spotted Harry's gal in rocking a black scrunchie and a quirky cute side ponytail when grabbing lunch with bestie Princess Eugenie, and before that, she hit the Glastonbury Festival back in June with a half-up, half-down ‘do pulled together with the unmistakable hair tie and another ode to the ‘90s: overalls.

Most recently, she embraced the era's grunge rock roots by sporting a plaid jacket and holding back her disheveled tresses with her go-to hair tie while leaving the Prince of Wales Theatre in London with Prince Harry, after catching a performance of the Book of Mormon.

And while Cress' styling may strike some as curious, the 24-year-old might in fact be on the cusp of an emerging trend.

In addition to overalls and plaid and overalls, slip and babydoll dresses are making a comeback, and Hedi Slimane's ‘90s grunge inspired collection for San Laurent has virtually sold out everywhere, and made the rounds in virtually every major fashion magazine.

Plus, designers like Marc Jacobs and Missoni are actually hawking scrunchies, with the latter selling one for a whopping $90! Retailer American Apparel offers a more reasonably priced cotton one for $6.

While it remains to be seen whether the hair tie trend will catch on, it appears Bonas is already the unofficial scrunchie poster girl. And if she's anything like the Duchess of Cambridge, hordes of gals will stock up on the accessory!

Would you wear a scrunchie?
