Hilaria Baldwin Twists Her Ankle While Being Chased by Paparazzi in NYC

It sounds like Hilaria Baldwin had a rough morning.

Alec Baldwin's wife took to Instagram today to show off an injury she sustained while running away from some pesky photographers. "Went out for a run today... Chased by 2 paps on bikes. One got close to me. Twisted my ankle," she captioned the photo. In the pic, the 29-year-old yoga instructor holds a bag of ice against her left ankle while resting both of her legs on a couch.

In pics of Hilaria from this morning, the new mom was seen running around NYC in sneakers, gray tights and a loose gray top while carrying her iPhone and headphones. She was spotted talking to cops about the paparazzi who were following her during her workout.

Pre-injury, Hilaria took to Twitter to share some new mom anecdotes. "You know you are officially a mom when you are covered in poop, pee, diaper cream, and milk #glamorous," she wrote yesterday.

Hilaria and Alec welcomed their new baby daughter, Carmen, just over a month ago.
