After apparently splitting for the second time with Rod Stewart's 33-year-old son Sean Stewart, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is now dating the 24-year-old heir to Anheuser-Busch Jacob Busch, E! News confirms.
The twosome was seen packing on the PDA Tuesday night while attending Star Magazine Scene Stealers event at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, where Maloof, 52, was promoting her Zing vodka brand while posing for pics and showing off her new beau.
E! News has learned that Busch and Maloof initially met at Robert Shapiro's event in honor of his late son Brent at The Summer Spectacular in Beverly Hills on Sept. 7th, and Busch was instantly attracted to Adrienne, who he thought she was "really hot," after their first encounter.
Maloof was still seemingly going strong with Stewart at the time, although it's unclear when the former couple—who went public with their relationship in January only to later call it quits in March before getting back together two months later—officially pulled the plug on their romance.
"It's real, it's genuine, they're very natural together," a source tells E! News of Adrienne and Jacob's relationship. "They have fun together and he treats her like a princess."
Busch, who is currently the face of Cigirex, the electronic cigarette, is an entrepreneur who loves business—something he and the former Bravo star share in common, thanks to Maloof's many business ventures.
The L.A. Fashion September cover star, who currently resides in both California and Florida, is not expect to travel with Adrienne to the East Coast this weekend while she promotes her vodka, as he has a family wedding in Missouri to attend, although E! News has learned he may meet up with her later in the weekend.
Busch is the second man whom Adrienne has romanced since splitting with her husband Paul Nassif in July 2012 after 10 years of marriage.
The former couple reached a divorce settlement in August 2013, just over a year after their initial separation.
"Our first priority is our children's' well-being and happiness," the duo said in a joint statement after announcing that they "reached an agreement on all outstanding issues...and all pending litigation" related to the divorce. "As their parents and advocates that is our goal. Our children are our most important treasures and need to be treated with the respect and privacy they deserve. We're happy to be moving forward with our lives in a positive way not only individually but as co-parents."
