Lacey Chabert is taking a page out of fellow ‘90s TV star Danielle Fishel's book and posing on the cover of Maxim magazine. Gracing the November issue, the former Party of Five actress looks all grown up wearing lacy lingerie in the sexy pictorial.

It's certainly not the Chabert audiences are used to seeing. After all, she was only 12 when she was cast as Claudia Salinger on Fox's Party of Five, starring alongside Matthew Fox, Neve Campbell, Scott Wolf, and Jennifer Love Hewitt. Since then, however, the 31-year-old actress has found success on the big screen in movies like 2004's Mean Girls and 2009's Ghosts of Girlfriends Past.

When asked if she's like her Mean Girls character, Gretchen Weiners, Chabert tells the mag, "No, I'm not a mean girl. Life is too short."

Unlike some of her former costars (*cough*Lindsay Lohan* cough*), Chabert has managed to stay out of trouble in Hollywood. "Look, life is tough, and growing up in this business is especially tough," she explains. "So I really can't take any credit other than saying I grew up in a really protective family. Also, I want a long-lasting career, so you're not gonna find me doing anything scandalous any time soon."

Even so, if her photo shoot didn't make it clear, Chabert is no prude. "I'm a nice girl next door," she tells Maxim, "but I love a good weekend in Vegas. Blackjack, roulette, four-card poker, slots…all of it."
