At 12 a.m. this morning, U.S. federal government if officially shut down after Congress failed to reach an agreement on funding in the wake of Obamacare being implemented today.
Needless to say, Twitter has been ablaze with comments on the troubling (and very embarrassing) matter, which has no end in sight as of now. In fact, "#governmentshutdown" is one of the top trending hashtags on Twitter worldwide this morning.
