Not only is the capelet a thing of the past, but it's also a thing of past nurses and nuns—two female groups not exactly known for their fashion. But there's something oddly sexy about the covered style. Is there a plunging neckline underneath? Or maybe no real top at all?!
Sneaky suspicious aside, we have to say the color combo saves this look. If it was just black and white, there wouldn't be much to comment on outside of the mini cape top. Those pops of green in the floral embroidery and Lizzy's accessories take the look to the next level.
We're shocked to say it, but we say, "gotta have it!" cape and all. What's your take?
