This is one wedding offering Trista Rehn won't be able to return after the ceremony.

The Bachelorette's former manager has slapped the bride-to-be with a lawsuit demanding his cut of the $1 million wedding booty he allegedly negotiated with ABC.

Kevin Allyn is suing Rehn for $200,000, or 20 percent, of the lump sum ABC paid to televise Trista and Ryan Sutter's upcoming wedding.

The network offered "no comment" concerning the suit.

According to court documents, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court November 19, Allyn gripes, "While Rehn understandably might want to keep the $200,000 owed to Allyn as a nice wedding present, basic contract law dictates that Rehn should pay Allyn the monies she owes him and let him choose an appropriate gift from Rehn's wedding registry."

(We'll bet a chicken dinner Allyn doesn't make the invite list.)

Like a meddling mother, ABC has been involved in every aspect of the TV lovebirds' relationship from their on-air courtship last February to a series of heavily hyped upcoming specials surrounding the preparations of their nuptials to the big day itself.

Last Wednesday, the Alphabet net broadcast the first of three specials in the Trista and Ryan's Wedding series in which the pediatric physical therapist and her poetry-spouting firefighter met with an event coordinator to pick the flowers and practice some dance moves.

This Wednesday, the network will tag along to the couple's bachelor and bachelorette parties at Le Meridien Resort on the Caribbean island of St. Martin, where Trista's unlikely to engage in as much spit-swapping as she did the last time she was surrounded by a bunch of eligible single guys.

Finally, the couple is expected to tie the knot this weekend at the Lodge at Rancho Mirage in Palm Springs, which will culminate in a special two-hour broadcast on ABC next Wednesday.

No word if the network has made arrangements to be present in the delivery room when Trista and Ryan produce their first child.

Meanwhile, another single gal has caught the boob-tube equivalent of the bridal bouquet: recent Bachelor runner-up Meredith Phillips. She may not have been Bob Guiney's first, or even second, choice but the Californian babe has been picked to be the next Bachelorette, according to E! Online TV columnist Kristin Veitch.

Meredith, who notoriously skipped her Nana's funeral to keep a date with Guiney, will meet her pool of eligible bachelors when ABC premieres the second installment of the Bachelorette January 14.
