Louis Tomlinson has had a pretty rough month.

First, the One Direction singer vomitted on the field after being tackled by a pro-footballer during a charity soccer match in Glasgow, Scotland.

Now video has surfaced of Tomlinson surviving a scary tunble onstage in Adelaide, Australia, during the boy band's concert on Monday, Sept. 23, to kick off their Take Me Home tour Down Under.

What's a 1D man to do, mate?

As it turns out, per the Brisbane Times, the stage was wet with water, so when Tomlinson ran across it, his legs slipped out from under him and he fell onto his backside while the quintet sang their song "Kiss You."

Harry Styles and his other bandmates went to check on him, but luckily the 21-year-old popster was okay and back on his feet in seconds, then soldiered on like the pro he is.

Tomlinson has yet to comment on the spill, but he did hint on Twitter earlier today that jet-lag may have had something to do with the mishap.

"Still not managed to get into the time zone :( feel like a zombie," he tweeted.

Immediately after the show, One Direction member Niall Horan was feeling way more upbeat and gave a shout-out to all the diehard Aussie fans who turned up to see them.

"Adelaide! You were f'in unbelievable! Couldn't believe how loud it was in there! Doin it all again tomorrow, can't wait!" he wrote on his Twitter page.

One Direction's trek continues with shows in Perth, Sydney and Melbourne before heading over to New Zealand.
