Here's just one more reason to love Taylor Swift.

The 23-year-old singer recently met with 7-year-old fan Grace Markel, who was hit by a speeding car over the summer outside of Swift's Aug. 10 concert in Chicago, People reports.

The horrific accident happened when Grace and her father were arriving to the concert venue. Grace exited their taxi and was hit by an SUV. She suffered two skull fractures, multiple head lacerations, a concussion and road rash over her face and body and spent two days in the hospital.

Following the incident, Grace's parents took her to Swift's Sept. 21 concert in Nashville, where the Grammy winner surprised the little girl by bring them backstage for a meet and greet.

"Taylor greeted Grace by her name and immediately knelt down and hugged her," Grace's mom, Amy Markel, told the mag. "She told Grace she had a cold and asked Grace to sing extra loud to help her out."

Swift autographed Grace's Taylor Swift T-shirt with "I heart Grace! Taylor" and posed for pics with her. "

"Taylor's mother told Grace she was so sorry about what happened to her, and she gave me a hug saying she sympathized with what we'd been through," Amy continued. "It was so surreal and amazing...[The meeting] was just a warm and genuine exchange that made it feel like time has stopped, and it was just the two of them."

Amy added, "We feel so very lucky and blessed."
