Elizabeth Hurley Steps Out Sans Engagement Ring While Fiancé Shane Warne Calls Breakup Rumors "Absolute Rubbish"

Couple breaks silence amid speculation they have called it quits

It looks like there might be at least three more clues that there's trouble in paradise for Elizabeth Hurley and Shane Warne.

From none other than Hurley and Warne themselves.

Both took to Twitter this morning to address the recent speculation that the engaged couple is on the outs.

"Apologies to loyal followers for Twitter silence on recent events," Hurley wrote on Wednesday. "Too raw & personal to share right now."

And while Warne noted, "Some of the reports re EH & me r absolute rubbish" and "We're not throwing the towel in yet," he did add, "Yes we're sorting through some (private) issues."

As for that third clue?

Well, Hurley was spotted stepping out in London today minus her engagement ring.

It was noted on Tuesday that Hurley and Warne are known for being very active on Twitter, and still somewhat remain to be, except now they hardly mention each other in tweets, unlike before.

The last time the duo referenced each other on the social media site was nearly three weeks ago. Not counting today, of course.

Hurley and Warne got engaged in October 2011 after dating for 10 months.
