Fantasia Barrino is brightening up the beach!
While sporting a turquoise two-piece, the 29-year-old singer enjoyed a little fun in the sun while vacationing in Barbados on Tuesday, Sept. 17, which even included a bit of Miley Cyrus-inspired twerking.
And we don't blame the 2004 American Idol champ for wanting to take a little break from the action.
After all, the mother-of-two has been busy touring in support of her latest album, Side Effects of You, with her next performances taking place later this week in Phoenix, Los Angeles and San Francisco.

What's more, Barrino has also been hard at work preparing for the upcoming Broadway show After Midnight with Wynton Marsalis.
The musical, featuring the songs of Duke Ellington, is set to open on Nov. 3.
