Was this the best season premiere of Dancing With the Stars ever?!

The ABC reality hit returned for its 17th season on Monday night and this cycle's celebrity contestants, which include Glee star Amber Riley, Leah Remini and Snooki, were not messing around as one pair tying the series' record for highest-scoring debut performance ever and all but three couples landed final scores higher than 20.

Plus, some famous faces decided to come to the ballroom and cheer on their friends' dancing debuts, which brought them to tears! But first, let's take a look at the scores, shall we?

Amber Riley and Derek Hough: 27
Corbin Bleu and Karina Smirnoff: 24
Elizabeth Berkley and Val Chmerkovskiy: 24
Snooki and Sasha Farber: 23
Jack Osbourne and Cheryl Burke: 23
Christina Milian and Mark Ballas: 22
Brant Daugherty and Peta Murgatroyd: 22
Valerie Harper and Tristan MacManus: 21
Leah Remini and Tony Dovolani: 21
Bill Engvall and Emma Slater: 18
Keyshawn Johnson and Sharna Burgess: 17
Bill Nye and Tyne Stecklein: 14

Riley, who tied Kristi Yamaguchi, Mya and Aaron Carter for the highest score ever for a debut performance, received a standing ovation from the crowd, which included Glee costars Chris Colfer, Kevin McHale and Jenna Ushkowitz. Jennifer Lopez and beau Casper Smart were in attendance to show support for her BFF Leah Remini, who made Lopez shed a tear. "She gave it her all and I couldn't be more proud of her," Lopez tweeted after the show. Awww!

Sharon Osbourne was also seen crying after watching her son Jack Osbourne, who has multiple sclerosis, dance. "Mama bear should be so proud" judge Carrie Ann Inaba gushed after Osbourne's performance.

Of course, there was a Miley Cyrus shou-tout as Bruno Tonioli referenced the recently-single pop star after Remini's performance, saying, "She went Miley Cyrus for a moment. I cannot wait for the twerking next week!" The night's funniest moment, however, came courtesy of Elizabeth Berkley and Val Chmerkovkiy as he revealed he learned to speak English by watching Saved By the Bell, but admitted, "I was a fan of the other one" aka Kelly Kapowski. Hilarious, but ouch!

What did you think of DWTS' premiere? Who will you be voting for? Do you think this is the most talented lineup of celebs yet? Sound off in the comments!
