Set your alarm clocks, because Elisabeth Hasselbeck can't wait to wake up early and join Fox & Friends.

A new promo featuring the former View panelist has debuted online and finds Hasselbeck brimming with excitement over her new Fox News morning show gig, replacing departing cohost Gretchen Carlson opposite F&F presenters Steve Doocy and Brian Kilmeade.

And if you ask her, it feels like home already.

As someone who's not shy about sharing her political views, the wife of retired NFL quarterback Tim Hasselbeck also couldn't resist using a handy sports analogy to convey her feelings on being a part of the conservative-leaning cable news network she's long watched and admired.

"Joining the Fox News family is the equivalent of growing up as a Boston Red Sox fan or a Yankees fan and getting asked to play for the team," Elizabeth added. "This is an honor and a privilege and I'm just beyond thrilled."

Hasselbeck, who will interview newsmakers, celebrities and politicians along with Doocy and Kilmeade, starts on Fox & Friend this Monday, Sept. 16.
