Lamar Odom's week just got worse.
On Friday, Sept. 13, E! News learned that the L.A. City Attorney's office has charged the athlete with one count of driving under the influence, stemming from his Aug. 30 arrest.
Odom's arraignment is scheduled for Sept. 27 in Van Nuys, Calif.—the same day he and Khloé Kardashian Odom will celebrate their fourth wedding anniversary.
Because the NBA player, 33, refused to take a field sobriety test and a chemical test the night of his arrest, the DMV will set up a separate hearing to revoke his license, which, if granted, would usually be for a one-year suspension.
The past two weeks have been particularly difficult for Odom, who spent less than 24 hours in a treatment center before returning to his L.A. apartment. Making matters worse, a source previously told E! News that his marriage is on thin ice.
"Khloé gave Lamar an ultimatum: if he didn't get help, she'd end the marriage," the source said on Sept. 10. "So far, he's ignoring her. The situation can still turn around, but at this point, divorce seems imminent."
