Flash mob proposals are a bit "been there, done that" by now. But this one is something special.

Dustin Reeser thought he was just helping his roommate pick out some lighting for a party at a Salt Lake City Home Depot, but, as the video explains, "when he was taken to the lumber aisle, what he found waiting for him was a mob of friends and family."

A flash mob, to be more precise, made up of colorfully dressed friends and family, all dancing to Betty Who's "Somebody Loves You." And a boyfriend, mastermind Spencer Stout, ready to propose.

(Yes, in a Home Depot. Insert joke here. Har har.)

"They come out, and they're from all the different places I've lived in the world, so to see them all in one place at one time was kind of ridiculous," Reeser recalled to local Fox 13. A few faces even cameos via iPad FaceTime.

Dustin continued, "I start to recognize people, and then I start to recognize more people, and I'm thinking in my head it's a really nice graduation gift, but a little weird." (A tip of the hat to the little girls in tutus, who are almost too adorable.)

Now, for the biggest question: Why Home Depot?!

"The very first time we met, we walked through a Home Depot, and he showed me what he had built and showed me what we had done," Spencer explained. "So I thought it would be a great place for the proposal because it was kind of our first date."

Yep, it just got even more adorable. We didn't think it was possible either.
