The blond beauty was spotted holding hands with beau Evan Ross while leaving Hollywood hotspot Hooray Henry's in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Simpson, 28, stunned in a fitted maxi dress with a colorful print and a sexy slit on the side, smiling as she walked by photogs snapping pics of the adorable duo. She added a pair of chunky black heels to her evening ensemble, wore her platinum blond hair down in pretty loose waves and brushed on a bright red lip to complete her look.
The 24-year-old Hunger Games hunk led the way for his ladylove, rocking a pair of black jeans with leather detailing, a black jacket and a white T-shirt.
The couple appeared at ease with each other as they exited the club after enjoying a fun-filled night together.
Simpson and Ross were first romantically linked in July after the couple was spotted getting cozy at Teddy's nightclub in West Hollywood, and just days later, a source told E! News they were "inseparable" at a Fourth of July bash.
"She was loving the attention she was getting from him," the insider said.
And while the good-looking couple has been spotted out and about together on numerous occasions, the pair stepped out with Simpson's son Bronx (whose dad is Ashlee's ex hubby Pete Wentz) last month, seemingly suggesting that the twosome is indeed getting serious.
