Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore didn't have kids together, but they still have a baby to attend to.

Add the not-yet-officially-divorced duo to the list of celebrity exes who are keeping things civil in the wake of a breakup, because a source exclusively tells E! News that these two remain "amicable."

Enough so that they both attended a tech conference—where, we're told, that Demi was scheduled to give a presentation—that likely was related to their foundation, THORN: Digitial Defenders of Children.

Ashton tweeted yesterday, "Thank you to everyone one on the @thorn tech task force. Your dedication and pursuit of a better world will echo for generations." (THORN, which aims to fight human trafficking around the world, was originally founded in 2009 as the Demi and Ashton Foundation, but they renamed it last November.)

As for them being spotted getting off of the same flight in L.A., our source also tells us, "I think it was just the right moment, right time and right place sort of thing. They both do work for [THORN] and I don't think there is anything more to it."

But while they left together, unintentionally or not, it's unknown at this time whether they traveled to the conference together, too.

Demi remains "very passionate about her work on human trafficking," the source says, adding that she was the one who got her then-husband involved in the cause.

Meanwhile, the current leading lady in Ashton's life, Mila Kunis, hit the premiere of her latest film, Third Person, last night at the Toronto International Film Festival.

Asked what the deal is with her and Third Person costar James Franco (who was also her costar in Oz the Great and Poweful and Date Night), Mila explained to E! News, "We really like to work together!"

"He and I just work together really well," she continued. "I don't know what to say, I think it's just been seven years now, going on...Happy seventh!"

But sorry James, Mila recently had to move on to Channing Tatum, her costar in the Wachowski siblings' upcoming sci-fi thriller, Jupiter Ascending.

"Things blow up, cars blow up, people fly, things are in slo-mo, there's a love story, there's Channing Tatum," she described. "Then there's Channing Tatum shirtless, and then there's Channing Tatum some more..."

But she demurely refused to kiss and tell—check out the clip for all of her responses when we grilled her for details about her latest hot costar.
