It's finally happening!

Dumb & Dumber fans became overwhelmed with excitement after Jim Carrey teased that a sequel to the popular flick has begun filming through a close-up photo of Lloyd's famous chipped tooth on the actor's WhoSay page. Carrey captioned the picture, "GESS HUUZ BAK BICHEZ?"

Although the famous funnyman had dropped out of the follow-up to the Farrelly brothers' 1994 hit in June 2012, he told E! News in March that he and Jeff Daniels still want to see it happen.

"I'm ready," Carrey said at SXSW's opening night premiere of his new comedy, The Incredible Burt Wonderstone. "There is a script. It's fun. Jeff and I are raring to go."

However, the film was suffering problems getting started due to "administrative issues," as the actor put it.

Luckily, in June Universal Pictures decided to ink a deal to release the highly anticipated comedy, just weeks after Warner Bros. decided to drop Dumb & Dumber from its New Line Cinema slate.

The sequel is budgeted in the mid-$30 million range and aims to reunite Carrey with Daniels in their respective roles of Lloyd and Harry 19 years after the original hit.
