Meet Colonel Meow.

AKA Dr. Fart.

AKA the Guinness World Record holder for "Longest Fur on a Cat."

Colonel Meow is a two-year-old Himalayan-Persion crossbreed who was adopted from a rescue and now lives in Seattle, Wash. with his owners, Anne Marie and Eric.

Three different vets each measured 10 strands of Colonel Meow's fury and the average length was submitted to Guinness.

The average length was nine inches!

"We already knew that he was the best cat in the world, but to be recognized in the Guinness World Records book takes it to the next level," Anne gushed, while also admitting, "Literally everything in the house has hair on it, including us! I feel like I'm always vacuuming!"

"I have a lint roller in my car, in my bedroom on my nightstand, in the kitchen. We have one everywhere because his hair gets everywhere," Anne said. "But it's worth it."

Besides being the cat with the longest fur (ever), Colonel Meow also rivals Grumpy Cat as the grumpiest cat (ever).

In fact, his adorable little frown is why he got the name Colonel Meow.

The only things he does like are judging the family dog, Boots..

And scotch.

He looooooves Scotch.

Colonel Meow has his own website, Instagram and Twitter. And he likes brushing elbows with other famous Internet cats, like Lil Bub.

Speaking of brushing, he gets brushed two to three times a week.

Guinness World Records Editor-in-Chief, Craig Glenday, said, "Colonel Meow is being groomed for stardom, and I know the furry feline will be a big hit with readers. He's an incredible creature, and he'll undoubtedly inspire people all around to the world to whip out their rulers and start measuring their own cat's fur. We're pleased to welcome him into the Guinness World Records family."

Meanwhile, Colonel Meow really doesn't care.
