Nina Agdal is one hottie with a body.

As the new face of Bebe's brand new 9-to-5 fall campaign, the gorgeous model flaunts her striking features, beautiful long hair and a flawless figure, on and off duty.

At last night's launch party for the fashion campaign in New York City, Agdal sizzled in a curve-hugging mini dress that featured bold color blocking, intriguing patterns and zipper details that hugged her in all of the right places.

Showing off her toned legs and long, lean limbs, Agdal instantly reminded us why breaking a sweat at the gym is so worth it.

Wondering how she stays fit? We got the scoop from the leggy lady:

"It's all about dedication and just going and doing it. I do 20 TO 30 minutes of cardio, spinning and elliptical. I also do weights after," she explained. "I go to Barry's Bootcamp when I am in New York because it kicks your ass and you feel so good after an hour!"

Ah, that explains it!

Other celeb fans of the high-intensity sweat session include Kim Kardashian, Sandra Bullock, Jake Gyllenhaal and Christina Applegate.

Utilizing focused interval training (or F.I.T), Barry's Bootcamp participants work at 100 percent of their ability for one-minute intervals alternating with extremely short rests in between. This technique is the same method that professional athletes use and encourages the body to burn calories long after you leave the gym.

Werk!

Granted, if regular classes result in svelte figures like Nina's, we think it's totally worth it.

Who's ready to work out?
