As we already know, Kanye West debuted the first photo of his and Kim Kardashian's baby daughter North West during a taping of Kris Jenner's talk show earlier this week.

So why did the singer chose to reveal the pic on Kris and how are they keeping the photo a secret until Kanye's episode airs on TV on Friday? Here are all the exclusive details!

"They didn't even tell us Kanye was coming on until we were on the set," an audience member who was there for the taping tells E! News. "They only showed it for a second. They took everyone's phones away so no one could snap a picture."

The source adds, "Everyone went ‘ahhh' in the audience as the picture was shown."

As for why Kanye decided to reveal the photo of North West, the audience member says, "He talked to Kris for an hour. He said he had decided he wanted to show the picture of North because they didn't want to make money on the photo and he is fed up of paps following him around."

Kim and Kanye, who welcomed their first daughter together back on Jun. 15, are currently living with Kim's family at Kris' house. "He talked about how all the noise at Kris' house used to bother him but now he finds himself leaving events early because he loves the family environment at home," the source adds.

According to the source, "Kris talked about how very loving he is to North and Kim and how he brings a lot of love into the house, and how she is so happy to have him as part of the family."

Yesterday, our source described baby Nori as, "Very beautiful. She has big cheeks a lighter complexion than Kanye but closer to Kanye's color than Kim's. She has straight black hair and almond eyes just like Kim. She has a round face and is really cute."

This past weekend, we showed you pics of Kim carrying North while they attended the funeral of Kanye's grandfather Portwood L. Williams in Oklahoma City. Kim looked chic in a black dress, knitted shawl and sunglasses while holding on to a covered-up baby Nori.
