Prince George is getting an African-themed bedroom his father, Prince William, gushed to CNN.
"I'll have toy elephants and rhinos around the room," he revealed on the one-hour special, Prince William's Passion: New Father.
"We'll cover it in, you know, lots of bushes and things like that. [We'll] make him grow up as if he's in the bush."
The new dad also revealed that he and Kate Middleton are working on getting the finishing touches in place on their new home in an apartment inside Kensington Palace.
The couple, who will be moving into unit #1a, has been working with interior designer Anne Allen to help them with the move.
Will explained in the sit-down interview that his love for Africa was instilled upon him by his parents, and that he intends to do the same for his newborn son.
Prince William said that his late mother Princess Diana and father Prince Charles taught him about endangered animals in the region at a young age and that he will pass on his knowledge to the little prince.
He also spoke about debuting his son to the world on the steps of St. Mary's Hospital just weeks ago.
"I think I was on such a high anyway, and so was Catherine about George that really we were happy to show him off to whoever wanted to see him," he told CNN's Max George.
"As any new parent knows, you're only too happy to show off your new child and, you know, proclaim that he is the best looking or the best everything."
And when asked how he's handling his newfound fatherhood, the Duke of Cambridge shared that the new family addition has been nothing short of life changing.
"I think the last few weeks for me have been just a very different emotional experience. Something I never thought I would feel myself," he said. "And I find, again it's only been a short period, but a lot of things affect me differently now."
