The Modern Family star stepped out Monday night for The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Pre-Emmy Performers Peer Group reception at the Sheraton Universal in Culver City, Calif. to celebrate the upcoming 65th annual award show.
And not only did the 41-year-old actress' demure style stand out, but we also couldn't help but notice her slimmed-down figure (of course, she still looked fab).
Vergara rocked an understated style for the evening, keeping her enviable curves (and cleavage!) covered up in a high-neck, sleeveless color-block dress which she paired with sheer black tights and patent pumps.
She wore her long hair down and straight after apparently ditching her light blond 'do, smiling from ear to ear as she happily posed for pics.
"At the Emmy Performers Party!!! So excited to be nominated again!! Luv my job❤❤❤❤," she tweeted Monday night.
While the Colombian beauty's outfit could be one of the reasons behind her slimmed-down appearance, it's no secret the mother of one has been hard at work filming the hit comedy, which premieres Sept. 25 on ABC.
She's also been hitting the gym to make sure her figure is in flawless shape, recently sharing a pic of herself looking exhausted after a Pilates class.
"When u start like this..and they leave you like this...u know you have donne it right#necessarytorture!," she captioned the photo on her WhoSay page.
The ABC star is nominated for the fourth consecutive time for Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Series for her role as Gloria Pritchett on the award-winning sitcom. Her costar Julie Bown took home the honor in 2011 and 2012.
Last year, the sexy star stole the red carpet spotlight in a beautiful green Zuhair Murad beaded gown, but she later revealed she had a wardrobe malfunction just moments before the show after the figure-hugging dress burst open in the back.
So will the fashionista be flaunting her enviable figure again this year?
"It's a surprise," she coyly told E! News at the Emmys reception when asked what she would be wearing to the show.
