Looks like Jennie Garth and ex-husband Peter Facinelli are officially parting ways with their shared real estate property and cashing in on a pretty sweet sale as we speak!

According to the Los Angeles Times, the What I Like About You actress and Twilight star have just sold their magnficent Toluca Lake home for a cool $3.99 million to co-creator of The Big Bang Theory, Bill Prady.

Prior to their ownership, the stunning nearly half-acre property, which is rich with Hollywood history, has had a number of famous residents, as well.

The Paul Williams traditional house was built in 1937 and was once the home of famous country star Tex Ritter, and also where his son, late actor John Ritter, was raised.

The spectacular residence has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and 8,416 square feet of generous living space which includes a bar room, game room, kitchen with fireplace, two master bedroom suites, gym, media room, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, five-car garage and more, just for starters!

Not too shabby!

The breathtaking abode was actually first listed in 2010 with an asking price of $5.9 million, but given today's market, we'd say they still made off pretty well! Garth and Facinelli resided there with their three daughters Luca Bella, Lola Ray and Fiona Eve before their divorce was finalized in March 2012.

According to public records, Facinelli and Garth purchased the home in 2003 for $1.35 million.
