Luckily, the two are also parting on better terms than Lewis and Wilson's cinematic alter egos. "The divorce is mutual and amicable," Lewis' rep Nancy Iannios, told the Associated Press.
It was a first marriage for the 29-year-old actress, who was formerly linked to Brad Pitt.
Other than the current laffer, Lewis is best known for her tormented teen roles as a serial killer in Natural Born Killers, the gal-pal of a serial slasher in Kalifornia and as a teen stalked by a psychotic convict in Cape Fear.
After a brief comedic detour on Old School, a role as a wisecracking waitress in the Jennifer Lopez vehicle Enough and a TV stint as an '80s Jersey girl in HBO's original movie Hysterical Blindness, Lewis is continuing the creepy casting pattern.
She recently wrapped filming on the thriller Cold Creek Manor opposite Dennis Quaid, Sharon Stone and Stephen Dorff and goes into production later this year on another adrenaline booster, Silence Becomes You, opposite Thora Birch.
