InstagramGwyneth Paltrow has captured the essence of summer in one photograph.
The makeup-free actress was hanging with her pal and fashion designer Stella McCartney early today, and judging by the visual evidence, Paltrow was having a great time.
While jumping in mid-air, McCartney captured the fun picture of the A-lister and captioned it, "Sexy lady in Stella swimwear! Summer never stop! x Stella."
Not surprising, the 40-year-old mother of two flaunted her amazing toned body while strutting her friend's two-piece design.
But even Paltrow gets a little naughty from time to time—when it comes to her diet, of course.
"Stay away from processed foods, though cutting them out completely is no fun and can ultimately lead to a binge," she wrote in her column. "Allow yourself programmed treats—I often have a glass of red wine in the evening and smoke a cigarette on a Saturday."
She added, "I love those moments because they are just the right amount of naughty. That balance keeps you vibrant. You have to live your life, after all."
