MAVRIXONLINE.COMKanye West may have missed out on the extravagant Kardashian getaway to Greece, but the rapper recently got to experience the country's beauty on his own.
Yeezy was spotted taking a ride in a luxury speedboat on the Aegean Sea on Saturday with fashion designer Martin Margiela during a trip to Mykonos to promote his album Yeezus.
It seemed as though the rapper, who rolled solo on the trip, was feeling the distance from his ladylove Kim Kardashian and newborn daughter North West.
"Everyone around him seemed to be enjoying the day, laughing and joking but Kanye kept to himself. He didn't seem to be having much fun," and onlooker told The Daily Mail.
However, it wasn't long before Yeezy returned home. The celeb, who was glued to his cellphone, took another boat on Sunday to the Greek island's airport to depart from Mykonos.
It was recently announced that Kanye will be taking the stage at the MTV Video Music Awards later this month.
West will perform at the Barclays Center for the seventh time at the VMAs on Aug. 25. With his performance of "Black Skinhead," West will tie Madonna as the artist with the most VMA performances.
