Given their legal situation, life may not exactly be a beach for Teresa and Joe Giudice, but that isn't stopping the reality TV couple from enjoying a little sand and surf.

Following an appearance in court last Tuesday for their hearing on fraud charges, the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars have been having some fun in the fun in the Hamptons, with Teresa happily tweeting photos of the family getaway.

"Me and my Honey..." Teresa wrote alongside a Instagram pic of her and Joe standing in the water.

The Bravo couple has been accused of conspiring to defraud lenders, illegally obtaining mortgages and other loans as well as allegedly trying to shield their assets during a bankruptcy case.

Following their hearing, in which the two were released on $500,000 bond, Teresa took to Twitter to speak publicly about the scandal.

"Thank you all so so much for your love and suppport. It means the world to me and my family! TANTI BACI Xx," she wrote.

Meanwhile, the Giudices' costar, Caroline Manzo, commented on the couple's legal troubles during an appearance on Sunday's Watch What Happens Live.

"I can't even wrap my head around it," Manzo told show host Andy Cohen. "It's unexpected. This is a big deal...I think for me, the Manzos, our position is just going to be to stay quiet because it's just too big and too serious for the peanut gallery. I'm just going to leave it at that."

If convicted, Teresa and Joe could each face a maximum prison sentence of 20 to 30 years. After last week's hearing, U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman told reporters a plea deal for the couple had not been discussed.

The two currently have separate legal representation, which, according to Teresa's attorney, Henry Klingman, is not unusual. Teresa is expected to plead not guilty at the arraignment hearing on Aug. 14, said Klingman.
