Has Brandi Glanville found the one?!

After three romantic dates, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and former NFL wide receiver Drew Carter are still going strong, and thus far, it's been smooth sailing for the budding couple.

"They've only gone out three times, but it's headed in the right direction," a source tells E! News. "He's a good guy and he treats her very well. They're into each other."

The good-looking pair enjoyed an intimate evening Sunday night at Mercato Di Vetro in Los Angeles, and just two weeks prior, they were snapped on their second date in West Hollywood, where they spent several hours sipping on drinks and snacking on appetizers at Sunset Marquis.

While the twosome clearly has chemistry, Brandi's busy shooting schedule has been keeping the pair from spending more time together.

"The show wraps in a couple more weeks," the source explains. "After that, she'll have more time."

Despite the mother of two's workload, Eddie Cibrian's ex has managed to carve out some quality time for her man, and the pair even went out twice in less than a week.

"The two of them seem very into each other," a source told E! News after the couple's second outing. "They liked each other enough to go on a second date and it hasn't even been a week."

But unfortunately for Glanville's fans, the former Oakland Raiders footballer will not be making an appearance on season four of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

"None of his dates with Brandi were filmed," the source adds. "So he won't appear on the show. Not this season, anyway."

Filming for season four of the Bravo reality show is well underway, and after an unexpected casting shakeup, E! News has learned Carlton Gebbia and Joyce Giraud will be joining the show as full-fledged housewives, while Taylor Armstrong may not be returning to the series in a full-time role.

Sources close to production also tell E! News Giraud has been making waves on the show, quickly befriending Kyle and Kim Richards, while making an enemy of Glanville and Lisa Vanderpump.

Can't wait to see the drama go down!
