Kerry Washington is having quite the year—and it appears her star just keeps rising!

Not only did the Scandal star pull off a secret wedding but she also managed to nab a lead actress Emmy nomination (the first black star to do so in two decades!).

Now, Django Unchained actress has topped Vanity Fair's 2013 International Best Dressed list. For anyone who has seen the actress's appearances on the red carpet, well, ever, you know she's on one heck of a chic streak.

From her Miu Miu dress at the Oscars to her lemon yellow Jason Wu gown at the CFDA awards, the 36-year-old has looked simply stunning.

Of course, she's not the only one having a fantastic year. Kate Middleton proved The Kate Effect was still going strong by landing on the list for the fourth year in a row.

This comes as a surprise to no one in the fashion world, as any ensemble the new mom (who gave birth to the royal baby, Prince George, on Aug. 22) wears sells out in less than 24 hours.

Other celebrities who made the cut? Beyoncé, Justin Timberlake, Gisele Bündchen and Charlize Theron.

Hollywood's favorite designers such as Victoria Beckham, Tory Burch and J. Crew's Jenna Lyons also got the magazine's stamp of approval for their personal style.

Even a few famous athletes like Tom Brady and LeBron James joined the winner's circle for their off-the-field duds.
