Lindsay Lohan has yet to open up about her time in rehab.

But father Michael Lohan is already sounding off on his daughter's progress.

"I'm very, very proud of what she's accomplished, how far she's come and how seriously she's taking her sobriety and her future," the father of six tells E! News.

The 27-year-old actress left Cliffside Malibu Tuesday night around 6 p.m., where she has been ensconced for approximately the past month and a half while completing her 90-day sentence for reckless driving and giving false information to a peace officer stemming from her Pacific Coast Highway car crash last summer.

She spent the first portion of her court-ordered treatment at the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif., but transferred because, as a source told E! News at the time, "she wanted a change."

"I'm happy she's rethinking everything in her life, including the people in her life," Michael tells E! News. "I think she's going to be another Robert Downey, Jr."

As for LiLo's post-rehab plans?

E! News has learned Lindsay is embarking upon a European vacation, first heading to London and then most likely to Venice. The Mean Girls star had hoped to go Greece after, but her counselors advised against extending her travels, as people might wrongly assume she's there to party.

After her trip, the actress will come home and begin prepping for her post-treatment interview with Oprah, as well as her eight-part docu-series airing on OWN, which will chronicle Lohan's journey to rebuild her career and stay sober.

In addition to her work with the media mogul, the Liz & Dick star is expected to make her first post-rehab appearance at the Venice Film Festival in late August, where she will promote her Bret Easton Ellis–written flick The Canyons.

She's also set to guest-host Chelsea Lately Monday, Aug. 5.

As for Lindsay's legal troubles, there is a court hearing pertaining to her case scheduled for Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. Lohan is not required to be there unless there has been an issue with her probation.
