The 38-year-old Species actress is divorcing Darius Campbell, 32, after two years of marriage, E! News has confirmed.
Per court documents filed on July 23 in Los Angeles Superior Court, the 38-year-old actress cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the breakdown of the marriage and states that they separated on April 10, 2013.
The couple have no children together (Henstridge has two sons from a previous relationship), and the Canadian actress is not seeking spousal support.
Henstridge married Campbell, a one-time contestant on Britain's Pop Idol, on March 3, 2011, at an intimate ceremony on Valentine's Day in Santa Barbara, Calif., after dating for seven years.
They reportedly split up briefly in 2010 before eventually reconciling and becoming engaged.
Shortly after Henstridge filed for divorce, Campbell told the Daily Mail: "We decided to file for divorce and we ask for privacy at this time. We filed the divorce papers today. It was a mutual decision."
Henstridge, meanwhile, appears to have hightailed it to Canada for the time being. On Monday, she tweeted, "Okay back in the homeland #canada and already eating our favorites #crunchie #ketchupchips yummy," and attached a photo of her sons.
