Break out the formal wear because the Bravermans are hosting a wedding!

Well, they might be! NBC hosted a panel for its critically acclaimed family drama Parenthood during its presentation at the 2013 Summer TCA Press Tour, during which new footage from the upcoming season, which debuts Sept. 26, was shown. Included in said brand-spankin'-new footage? Kristina's (Monica Potter) sassy new hairstyle, Jasmine (Joy Bryant) and Crosby (Dax Shepard) with their new baby(!) and a fan favorite couple talking about getting married! Gah!

Creator Jason Katims and stars Lauren Graham, Mae Whitman, Dax Shepard, Sam Jaeger and more were on hand to tease what fans can expect from the beloved series' return, including an update on Sarah's complicated love life, why fans should be concerned about a certain fan favorite couple and more...

Though Hank (Ray Romano) will pop up in the new season, Katims said Sarah will be more focused on herself this season, explaining, "The fact that she spent so much of her energy last year dealing with, going between Hank and Mark Cyr, I think this is a year of her wanting to figure out her life and figure our what her next step is in life and not be focused solely on a romantic relationship."

Of what we can expect from Sarah when we pick up with the Bravermans in season five, Graham teased, "I have an apartment, I have a bed and in order to live there more cheaply, I'm the Schneider of the building. I'm the super, which is fun because I will interact with some tenants."

Her daughter's romantic life is a different story as Amber and Ryan will be seriously talking about marriage in season five. Seriously.  Amber even tells Sarah that she wants to spend the rest of her life with Ryan in the new footage, something Sarah seems totally OK with.

"It's a big decision to take a step like that when you're young and the things that come out after you make a choice like that and you start to feel settled I think would be interesting," Whitman said of Ryan and Amber's possible engagement. "It's interesting to see how different questions come in in a relationship when you're adult and it's more serious…[to see] if they will grow together or separately."

Shepard then joked, "Abs like that come along once in a lifetime. Abs like that come along once in a lifetime. Abs like that don't grow on trees!" Preach!

Fans of Joel (Jaeger) and Julia's (Erika Christensen) relationship should stock up on tissues now as Katims said fans should definitely worry about the introduction of Lost's Sonya Walger and The Office's David Denman's characters into their respective lives. "You might want to be a little concerned about Joel and Julie," Katims warned.

For the couple, Jaeger previewed, "There's a major role reversal in the fact that these construction opportunities are suddenly coming his way and we're going to see the dynamic change quite a bit." Christensen added, "Julia's still unemployed and not happy about it."

Parenthood returns Sept. 26 on NBC.
