Kristen Stewart's ex attended the Mrs. Carter Tour show on July 1, 2013, at L.A.'s Staples Center, and in a newly released photo, it appears he met with Queen Bey backstage.
Death Grips, an indie band based out of Sacramento, Calif., posted the photo of Rob and Bey's meeting. (A rep for the band confirmed the photo was real and not Photoshopped. When asked about the questionable Twitter account listed on the band's official Facebook account, he could neither confirm nor deny if the page, which appears to have been hacked by 9gag army, remains under the group's control.)
In any case, the pic shows Bey looking radiant in a blue and gold ensemble beside a smiling R.Pattz, who's dressed (ironically?) in an MTV letterman jacket. Bandmembers Stefan Burnett, Andy Moerin and Zach Hill are also in the shot, looking slightly less enthused than their famous friends to be a part of this epic moment in time.
Erroneous reports claimed that Rob was "snubbed" backstage at the show and denied access to Beyoncé's meet and greet. Clearly, though, this couldn't have been any farther from the truth.
Hm. Blue Ivy's mama and Gwyneth Paltrow are adorable as BFFs, but Queen Bey and R.Pattz could make for some pretty fun besties, too!
