Your favorite vampies, werewolves and fairies are back in town!

The cast of True Blood glamoured audiences on Saturday at their annual Comic-Con panel and then frightened the crowd with a sneak peek of what's coming up for our favorite bloodsuckers. Showrunner Brian Buckner revealed a short but jam-packed video of what's still ahead in season six and it looks like we've got another shocking death headed to Bon Temps!

We're already getting a little teary-eyed...

The new trailer begins with an emotional Sookie whispering, "Death ain't the end anymore. Death is just the pitstop on a road that keeps on going with no end in sight." The clip continues revealing glimpses of a funeral, torturous vamp camps, werewolf challenges, a motionless Bill and, of course, lots and lots of blood.

Take a look at the video above to get your first glimpse at all the drama and destruction that's headed to True Blood in the second half of season six.

Like every season of the HBO hit, True Blood's sixth season will be filled with heart-pounding twists and jaw-dropping turns, but Buckner says he wants to make sure the drama stays true to its roots. He explains, "We're going to try to condense the number of stories we're telling and make this really feel like we're coming home."

The showrunner continues saying, "I wanna bring it in a little bit. Not to discount Charlaine [Harris]‘ books at all, but my hope is to get all these people we love living under this one story and one threat. Really just make it about this small town we've all come to know and love."

New episodes of True Blood air every Sunday at 9 p.m. on HBO.
