And the Emmy Award goes to…

On Thursday's Live From E!, Terrence J, Ken Baker, Marc Malkin, and Jessi Cruickshank shared their thoughts on the 2013 Primetime Emmy nominations announced earlier this morning.

Overall group consensus? Yes! to House of Cards' nine Emmy nominations, although there was some shock over Corey Stoll's snub. Marc also expressed his personal delight over the success of Behind the Candelabra with 15 nominations.

Another popular choice was Glee, with four nominations, including one for Jane Lynch in the Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series category.

The Glee actress recently appeared on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno and paid tribute to her late costar and friend Cory Monteith.

"Cory's one of the biggest hearts, was a real bright light," she emotionally told the talk show host as she recalled a story of how the actor flew across the country out of his own pocket to meet a sick child who's last wish was to meet him. "That's the kind of guy he was, we've lost a really great guy."

The Twitter world is buzzing and fans have been wondering what Fox is going to do with the show's storyline now that one of the main characters has passed, but fans must be patient and remember that the producers and writers are still grieving the recent loss as well.

Also on today's show, Melanie Bromley tuned in from London with the newest updates on the royal baby watch. She explained the increasing sense of panic across the pond. The longer the wait, the more paranoid media representatives from all over the world are feeling. Nobody wants to miss this royal baby birth. The world's watching, Kate Middleton (no pressure or anything).
