The Sports Illustrated swimsuit model was A-OK when her model friend Heidy De la Rosa grabbed ahold of her breast. In fact, the 21-year-old beauty even tweeted out a picture Friday of the aforementioned boob grab, captioning it simply, "Love!"
Kate's killer curves certainly accelerated her launch to superstardom, but earlier this year, some critics questioned whether the bikini model was "fat," which didn't fall on deaf ears.
"It was hard at first," she admitted to Vogue in May 2013. "You sit there and you're like 'Is something wrong with me?'"
But Kate's learned to tune out the haters and embrace her healthy body (as she should!). "The things that they're rejecting are things that I can't change. I can't change my bra size. They're natural!" she said. "I can work out and I can stay healthy and motivated, but I can't change some things."
"I really just live my life," she said. "I love my body. It's what God gave me! I feel confident with myself, and if that inspires other women to feel confident with their bodies, great."
Fortunately, Kate's now able to laugh off the unwarranted body criticism, saying, "It's kind of funny to think, Oh, wow, the news is talking about whether I'm fat or not."
And because the world can be cruel, Kate was mocked for her lack of curves when she was younger! "I don't really know what the appeal is about... boobs. But I do know that when I was in junior high, I used to be made fun of—for being flat-chested," she told Esquire. "Everyone would go, 'She's not pretty! She doesn't have boobs!' So I always had boob envy."
"And when finally I went through my growth spurt, and they appeared, and I just... I loved them," she said. "So that's why I like boobs, because I didn't have them, and then I got 'em."
And it's a great them she did get 'em, cause we all like love them, too!
