The former Law and Order star welcomed a daughter with husband Michael Roberts, their second child together, on Sunday, July 7.
So what's their baby girl's name?
"Sorry I've been MIA, thrilled to announce our lil' miss has made her debut! She is simply DELICIOUS!:) Liv Elena 7/7/13 8.8lbs of awesome!" De La Garza tweeted. "Thank you everyone for all the love... She is amazing! #sayshermom :)"
Liv Elena is little sister to the couple's 2-year-old son Kieran Thomas, who is already loving his role as big bro.
"He was so excited and in awe!" the actress told People magazine. "He kept kissing her forehead and saying ‘Baby sista's not in Mama's belly anymore!'" she says. "It was one of the sweetest things I've ever seen and most proud I've ever been."
The celeb also told the mag, "[The second I saw her] I was just overwhelmed with pure joy and love. I know it sounds cliché, but that's exactly how I felt. It feels like our little family is complete. She's been here a week and I just can't imagine our lives without her."
