Sons of Anarchy is set to return for its highly anticipated sixth season in September, and FX has released the first promo for the SAMCRO gang's return...and it's not pretty!
Jax (Charlie Hunnam), Clay (Ron Perlman), Gemma (Katey Sagal), Tara (Maggie Siff) and the rest of the group in one epic (and beautifully staged!) brawl, with Jax in the eye of the storm.
Set to Nine Inch Nails' "The Mark Has Been Made," the new promo makes it clear that tensions will be as thick as ever when Sons of Anarchy returns, which makes sense given the bats--t craziness that went down in the season five finale: Clay ended up in jail, thanks to Jax using his gun to murder Pope (Harold Perrineau), Gemma blackmailed Tara, who also ended up under arrest by finale's end.
No wonder Clay is tackling Jax from behind in the promo and Gemma and Tara are giving each other some major evil eye!
