Rapper Drake has listed his tricked-out Toronto pad for $4.2 million, and we can see why: The three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo clocks in at 3,600 square feet, featuring an elevator, heated terraces and panoramic views of the city.

Designed by world-class architect Robert Stern, the residence—known as One St. Thomas—also has high ceilings and a gourmet kitchen with Subzero fridge and Wolf appliances. The property features valet services, an indoor pool and spa, fitness and massages rooms, as well as 24/7 concierge service.

The artist, 26, currently resides in a $7.7 million Hidden Hills, Calif., mansion. His Toronto digs will be sold by Leslie Wallender Lyons, of Canada's Royal LePage brokerage firm. This isn't Drake's first real estate unloading—the rapper flipped two condos in South Florida last year, raking in a $500,000 profit.

So what does it take to live like a rapper? The hefty $4.2 million price tag on the Toronto property won't cover maintenance fees, which will cost a prospective buyer another $3,361.51 a month.

Drake has most recently been in headlines with Twitter fan/nemesis Amanda Bynes, who continues to post on the state of his "ugly"-ness. One-sided war of words aside, the rapper is busy prepping for a nationwide fall tour, set to kick off Sept. 25.
