The "We Can't Stop" singer enjoyed some quality time with her fiancé Monday at the Jasper Fairmont Park Lodge in Alberta, sources confirmed to E! News.
Pics of the duo showed Miley, 20, wearing a Tupac T-shirt, no pants (she had bikini bottoms on, so cool your jets!) and white slides. Liam, 23, also kept it casual in a gray T-shirt, tan pants and sneakers.
One twitpic showed the duo outdoors, enjoying the scenic beauty of the resort, while another shot showed Miley and Liam posing indoors with a fan. On Saturday, an eyewitness ran into Miley in an elevator at the Matrix hotel in Edmonton, Alberta. "She said hi and was nice and kept texting on her phone. The thing [that was noticeable] was the ring Miley was wearing," says the witness. "It looked like big engagement ring. It was a massive. She was wearing short, shorts and heels and was all legs. She was very pleasant and seemed happy texting whoever she was texting."
Miley and Liam are still together, but they've been spotted less and less frequently together in recent months. A series of photos taking June 17 of the pair having a low-key movie date night in L.A., were the first joint shots of the couple in five months. So this recent reunion in the Great White North? Probably a welcome retreat for the engaged twosome.
Yesterday was also a pretty good day for Ms. Miley thanks to Jay-Z. During his very entertaining Twitter Q&A, Hov gave the Queen of Twerk a shout-out, praising her risqué dance style, writing, "she represents an old worlds worst nightmare…Black neighbor, and the daughter not seeing color."
And while Jay's new song, "Somewhere in America" seemingly pokes fun at the former Disney star's booty-popping obsession, Miley was flattered by the mention. "Call it what you want. But I don't see Mr. Carter shoutin any of you bitches out. #twerkmileytwerk," she tweeted (and Jay retweeted).
Magna Carta's already been released, but Miley still has an album release coming up. Maybe she and Beyoncé's love could team up on a track? Werk then twerk!
