If Nigella Lawson's ready to taste anything, it could soon be the single life.

Movers have reportedly been seen packing up the celebrity chef's possessions at the house she shares with husband, Charles Saatchi, sparking rumors that Lawson is preparing to call it quits after 10 years of marriage following the alleged choking incident.

Per pics published by the U.K.'s The Sun newspaper, the workers carried out of their posh Chelsea mansion boxes containing clothes, kitchen utensils cook books, fitness equipment and a guitar.

The development comes in the wake of troubling photos that surfaced 10 days ago in The Mirror's Sunday People of the advertising tycoon grabbing his TV star wife by the throat during an argument at Scott's Restaurant in Mayfair.

The images prompted an inquiry by London's Metropolitan Police into whether an offense was committed and authorities subsequently slapped Saatchi with a caution for assault.

The 70-year-old art collector has since offered up a more lighthearted explanation for the commotion, telling the Evening Standard that he was merely trying to wipe snot out from the domestic goddess's nose. He also said the pictures were taken out of context and that what a paparazzo witnessed was merely a "playful tiff."

Whatever it was, it left the 53-year-old Lawson in tears.

Per reports, the food guru has since traded their family homestead for a rented apartment and word has it she's planning to decamp for Los Angeles several months ahead of scheduled filming for the second season of ABC's The Taste, on which she's a judge.

Another bad sign for Saatchi? Lawson was also photographed without her wedding ring.

A rep for Lawson was unavailable for comment.
