Britney Spears Remembers Michael Jackson, Feels "Honored to Have Shared the Stage With Him"

Singer tweets love to the pop legend's family on the fourth anniversary of his death

Britney Spears has taken a moment to remember Michael Jackson. 

The pop star took to Twitter today to send her love to the Jackson family and reflect on the life of the late pop legend on the four-year anniversary of his death. 

"My thoughts are with the Jackson family today. Honored to have shared a stage with him. Miss u Michael!" the 31-year-old performer wrote. 

The tweet was accompanied by a pic of the pair performing "The Way You Make Me Feel" for Jackson's 30th Anniversary Celebration, which aired on CBS in 2001. 

After the singer's passing, Spears also paid tribute to her musical muse, "He has been an inspiration throughout my entire life and I'm devastated he's gone!"
