Katherine and T.J. Jackson will continue being the guardians of Michael Jackson's kids.

A judge ruled today, on the fourth anniversary of the King of Pop's death, that he will not be making any changes to the guardianship of Paris, Prince Michael and Blanket Jackson after receiving an investigator's report on the children's well-being and meeting with attorneys for their caretakers, Yahoo! reports.

"I'm taking no further action," Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff told attorneys for the Jackson estate.

Katherine Jackson's attorney Perry Sanders tells E! News exclusively, "Counsel reviewed the same confidential report provided to Judge Beckloff and we advised Judge Beckloff how the co-guardians were proceeding. In light of all current circumstances and the special investigator's report, we agreed with the judge that appropriate decisions are being made regarding care of all three children, and no further action is required."

The initial inquiry came from Beckloff following Paris' hospitalization on June 5 for an alleged suicide attempt after the 15-year-old reportedly overdosed on pills and cut her wrists with a kitchen knife.

In the court document, Beckloff says that a probate court investigator must prepare an investigation report "addressing the status of the minor child, Paris Michael Katherine Jackson, and recent media reports concerning her welfare."

The investigator's report was asked to include any recommendations related to Paris' health, education and welfare and was requested to only be delivered to Judge Beckloff himself.

Shortly after Beckloff's inquiry was placed, E! News learned that the children's coguardian and cousin, T.J., did not live in the family's Calabasas, Calif., home with Paris and her brothers.

A source told E! News that he had moved away a while ago, leaving the bulk of the supervision apparently to the kids' 83-year-old grandmother, Katherine, but another source told E! News that T.J. would visit the kids two to three times a week.

Regardless, after reviewing the investigation report, Beckloff has determined that the living situation—whatever it may be—with Katherine, T.J. and the kids is just fine.
