Maria Menounos just may have the best abs in Hollywood!
The Extra host flaunted her perfectly toned tummy on the cover of Women's Health magazine while wearing a teal bikini top and red chevron print bottoms.
Inside the July issue she shares the secret to her obviously successful workouts: classic tunes.
"Welcome to the Jungle," she lists as her favorite song. "Guns N' Roses or Bon Jovi really keeps me running or, you know, spazzy. And Gloria Estefan. I like crazy songs."
As for her health nutrition mantra she says: "It's about living and not obsessing." Which means lots of splurging!
"Pizza, French fries, cheeseburgers. I love going to Chili's and getting loaded potato skins and their hot chocolate chip cookie skillet dessert," the Next Fitness Star judge says. "I love everything, I don't think there's food I don't like to be honest."
Food aside, the 35-year-old has only one true love in her life: Boyfriend of 15 years Keven Undergaro. "We're funny with each other—making each other laugh makes a big difference," she says.
It probably doesn't hurt that she looks drop dead gorgeous in a bikini either.
