The 49-year-old actress stepped out in NYC yesterday in the wake of her Sopranos costar James Gandolfini's death.
Falco, wearing casual jeans and a blue top, was spotted getting out of a taxi cab the day after her longtime TV pal's sudden passing.
Falco appeared to be makeup-free as she hid her eyes under large black sunglasses.
"I am shocked and devastated by Jim's passing," Falco said in a statement yesterday. "I consider myself very lucky to have spent 10 years as his close colleague. My heart goes out to his family...The love between Tony and Carmela was one of the greatest I've ever known."
Gandolfini died Wednesday at the age of 51 from a confirmed heart attack while on vacation in Italy.
